About Jewray

Jewray makes personalized jewelry gifts — necklaces, bracelets and watches paired with an engraved message card you write yourself. The jewelry is the part they wear. The message is the part they keep.

We started in 2020 (COVID Days) with a simple idea: most gifts are forgettable because they're generic. A necklace is nice. A necklace that says the thing you've never quite managed to say out loud is something else entirely.

Made to order, shipped from the USA

Nothing on this site sits in a warehouse waiting for a buyer. Every piece is made after you order it, at our production facility in the United States, and shipped domestically from there.

That means most US orders arrive in 2–8 business days — not the three-to-six weeks you'll wait on overseas sellers. It also means every card is printed with your words, not a template.

What we make

Our range is built around the people you'd actually buy a gift for: wives, mothers, daughters, sisters, fathers, sons, grandparents and best friends. Each collection is organized by recipient rather than by product type, because you're usually not shopping for "a necklace" — you're shopping for someone specific.

Materials are what we say they are. Every product page lists the exact finish, stone, dimensions and chain length so you know what's arriving before you order.

30-Day Happiness Guarantee. If your order isn't right — wrong finish, damaged in transit, or simply not what you pictured — contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you. No arguing, no restocking fees.

Personalized items are made specifically for you, so we ask that you double-check the spelling on your message before checkout. If we made the mistake, we'll fix it free.

Behind the store

Jewray is run by Jane and Herold, not a large retailer. We're small enough that when you email support, a person reads it and answers it.

We're not going to tell you we're the biggest or the best-rated jewelry store online. We'd rather you judge us on the piece that shows up at your door.
